Work Experience
Keith Hill brings years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to each home he builds. His construction know-how began in framing, foundations, and flatwork. There he learned from some of the best subcontractors in the Treasure Valley. Once Keith mastered those skills, he had and opportunity to work as a Superintendent for an Award-winning Parade Home Builder. He seized the opportunity and there developed great management and communication skills. Desiring to increase his knowledge in the construction business, he took a job working for a Truss Company. With Keith's hard work and dedication to a job well done, he quadrupled the Truss Company's size, became it's first General Manager, and earned the respect of his colleagues. Keith received numerous job offers to design and engineer homes from some of the largest builders and lumber companies in the Treasure Valley. The job offer he accepted was from his former employer, an Award-winning Parade Home Builder. The past couple of years he has perfected his management and communication skills, as well as his eye for detail, and has thoroughly enjoyed it. Today, Keith finds himself smiling on a new adventure: President and CEO of Hill Built Homes.

Keith has been happily married to Stacy Hill for 18 years. They have two daughters and one son. He is dedicated to being an amazing father and loyal husband. He enjoys hunting and fishing, and loves to play football, basketball, and baseball with his children. Keith enjoys life with his family and integrity is very important to him.
